A free gathering place for women longing for deeper connection, meaningful community and a more authentic way of living.
The Well is a place to slow down and come back to presence - to listen, reconnect with the body and heart, and remember what we already know beneath the noise of everyday life.
Here we gather to experience the power of being alongside other women - to listen and be heard, to receive as well as give, and to remember we don't have to navigate everything alone.
Inside you'll find weekly live gatherings with Lorna and Katherine, embodied practices, reflections, and conversations with elders and wisdom keepers.
Join us live, listen quietly or simply receive what you need. There is nothing to keep up with, nothing to get right and no expectation to participate in any particular way.
