A sanctuary for the body.

Marrow is for adults who want to come all the way home to the body, and then live there.

There is a place beneath technique. Beneath the modalities, beneath the talk of fixing and optimising. A place where you stop learning about your body and finally come all the way into it.

Each month holds a theme. Once a month we gather live, ninety minutes that move at the pace your body actually moves. The recording stays with you, because the body heals in layers. Between sessions there is a practice small enough to live inside your days.

You do none of it alone. There are rooms here to say the thing you have been carrying and have it met rather than managed.

Come as you are. Read when you cannot speak. Speak when you are ready.
